Winter Driving Skills Event 2019 - February 24th, 2019 Featured

BMW Club of Northern & Southern Alberta - Winter Driving Skills Event 2019

The purpose of the Winter Driving Skill Event is to provide an opportunity to experience the thrill of driving one's own vehicle (BMW or otherwise), using advanced driving techniques not teachable on the public roadway. Through our advanced driving schools, in a one-to- one instructor setting on a closed track. In-car instruction is supplemented by classroom sessions, and basic car-control exercises.

Real world. Hands on!

The Tire Rack Street Survival School starts where traditional driver education programs leave off.

Rather than studying driver’s manual theory, the primary emphasis of the program is a “hands on” driving experience with in-car skills development in a very safe, purpose-built, closely supervised training environment.

We would like to invite everyone to the next Technical Session being held in conjunction with the PCA Polar Region (Porsche) on June 2 from 12 pm - 2 pm at Garage Frontiers.

The link to register for this event is provided below and there is not cost but registration is required.  There are only 15 spots available and the system will stop availability once that number has been reached.  The link is open today (meaning registration can happen as of now) and will close on May 27th, unless the spots "sell out" before then.

We look forward to seeing you there!

The BMW Club of Northern Alberta is please to announce our 2018 Winter Driving Skills Event on February 25, 2018.
